PRS has been commissioned to carry out study a study for Al-Wahat, analysing the constraints and opportunities for a group of autonomous hotels to be located in remote desert/oasis/mountain locations close to the Libyan cities of Ghadames, Sebha, Ghat, Oubari and al-Kufra.
